Romano Law is a business and entertainment law firm located in Rockefeller Center. It was founded in 2003 by Oxford University and Columbia Law graduate, Domenic Romano. The firm provides legal advice focused on preemptive contract drafting and negotiation for businesses, entrepreneurs, producers and commercial artists.
Romano Law's areas of service also include the purchase and sale of businesses; forming U.S. subsidiaries for foreign entities; employment and independent contractor agreements; film production; licensing; actor, musician, management, record label, writer and commercial artist agreements.

Domenic Romano is the Founder and Managing Member of Romano Law.
A graduate of McGill University, Romano received a law degree from Oxford University, a LL.M. in International Business from Columbia University School of Law and a LL.B. from Dalhousie University. He is admitted to practice in New York State (1993) and in Ontario, Canada (1996).
Before founding Romano Law in 2003, he was an international corporate attorney at a large Manhattan law firm and at a large company in Toronto, Canada.
Domenic is a member of the Business Law Section and the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and a former member of both the Corporation Law and the Entertainment and Sports Law Committees of the New York County Lawyers Association.
He has lectured on business law issues at the New York Public Library's Science, Industry and Business Library (SIBL), the Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO), and the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). In addition, he has served on the board of directors of both the American National Theatre (ANT) and STREETS International, a non-profit organization serving disadvantaged youth in underdeveloped nations.
Additionally, Domenic is the founding member and organizer of the Business Lawyers Group, a diverse network of exceptionally qualified and experienced attorneys, engaged in a wide range of legal practice areas including Litigation, Intellectual Property, Employment, Tax, Real Estate, Immigration, Matrimonial, Criminal, Aviation, Insurance, Trusts & Estates, and Bankruptcy. He has also founded the Entertainment and Sports Professionals Group, the Design and Fashion Professionals Group and the Entertainment Lawyers Group, all based in New York City.

Shalizeh Sadig is an Associate Attorney at Romano Law. A graduate of the University of Maryland, she received her law degree from New York Law School, where she was a founding member of the International Law Society and Vice Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Shalizeh was admitted to practice law in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
She has studied abroad in Paris France, Barcelona, Spain, and Parma, Italy. She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Spanish and French.

Rose has studied abroad in Florence, Italy and is conversational in Italian.
