Domenic is a member of the Business Law Section and the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and is on the Corporation Law Committee and the Entertainment and Sports Law Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association. He lectures regularly on business law issues at the Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) and the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). In addition, he serves on the board of directors of Streets International, a non-profit organization serving disadvantaged youth in underdeveloped nations.
Additionally, Domenic is the founding member and organizer of the Independent Lawyers Group, a diverse network of exceptionally qualified and experienced attorneys engaged in a range of law practice areas, including Litigation, Intellectual Property, Employment, Tax, Real Estate, Immigration, Matrimonial, Criminal Law and Bankruptcy.
